The Love Fund for Children held their annual Valentine’s Day chocolate breakfast Thursday at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center, featuring a chocolate breakfast buffet, a last-minute-gift boutique, and marriage vow reaffirmations with former Chief Tony Richardson.
